Carmela Patrick Nominated for CCIM National Dealmakers Award

Weber Rector is proud to announce that Carmela Patrick is one of nine nominees for nationwide recognition for completing complicated retail deals.

She was nominated by the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter for consideration in The CCIM Institute National Dealmakers Award. This recognition celebrates her success in driving deals and reflects an outstanding achievement in commercial real estate.   

We’re proud to honor her accomplishment and look forward to finding out who the award winners are at the 2025 CCIM Fall Forum to be held in Vancouver BC next month.
