Just Sold - Land Rezoned for Multifamily in Woodbridge

The recent sale of 12400 & 12440 Clipper Drive in Woodbridge, VA closed at $880,000, with Carmela Patrick of Weber Rector Commercial Real Estate Services representing the seller.

The ±2.49-acre property, located at the corner of Clipper Drive and Mariner Lane was approved for rezoning to RPC, Residential Planned Community. The project, known as The Flats at Westminster at Lake Ridge, will allow for the development of up to 24 age-restricted multi-family residential units.
