The property is situated within one of Prince William County's most established growth areas, with convenient access to shopping, healthcare services, employment centers, and major transportation routes throughout Northern Virginia.
The approved development plan includes 108 villa/townhome lots, 108 single family detached lots, and 24 affordable dwelling units within an age-restricted residential community to be named Legacy at Kline.
Representing the sellers in the transaction were John Weber, Coleman Rector, and Chuck Rector.
